At Kansas Care Connect, we are dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients. Our team of experienced healthcare professionals strives to ensure that every patient receives personalized care and attention.
While we do not offer primary care services, our experienced providers offer comprehensive medical care to patients when needed to help maintain health and continuity of care.
Our team provides comprehensive medical services to patients during times of major healthcare transitions, such as discharge from hospice or when you are in between primary care providers.
Our caring providers are available to discuss medical treatment options and personal wishes with you and your family so you will be prepared if you ever become unable to make these decisions for yourself. We can assist with advanced directive paperwork, including notary services.
At Kansas Care Connect, we offer one-on-one, caregiver, and group education services. These services can be targeted to specific disease management or health promotion and disease prevention. Education services may be provided by our qualified healthcare providers or appropriately-trained staff depending upon the educational needs.
Our trained providers use advanced therapies, such as debridement and biologic grafts, to promote healing for chronic, non-healing, and complex wounds.
Wound care is provided along with patient education to address all aspects of wound healing and promote the best possible outcomes.
Remedy Wound Care primarily provides services to patients in facilities, but there are options for in-clinic treatment as well.
