Kansas Care Connect is committed to supporting patients beyond traditional healthcare services. Our Patient Assistance Fund exists to help address non-medical barriers that can impact health, safety, and stability.
This fund is supported through voluntary community donations and is used to assist eligible patients with critical needs when other resources are unavailable.
What This Fund Helps With
Immediate, direct support to our most vulnerable patients. 100% of donations go toward real, everyday needs like:
- Transportation to medical appointments
- Medication-related assistance
- Medical supplies or equipment not otherwise covered
- Short-term support for essential needs that impact health and safety
Assistance is provided based on availability of funds, established eligibility criteria, and internal review processes.
